These kale chips taste ridiculously good. I followed the recipe from Not Quite Nigella, who says to bake for 20 minutes. Other recipes say 12 minutes, which might be enough (I guess it depends how crispy you want them). They really do taste like very thin potato chips, but much better for you (even with the amount of oil I used, which was probably slightly too much, will adjust next time). Very more-ish.
