Mm-mmm! Chocolate mousse made with silken tofu, vegan chocolate and other good stuff, with frozen raspberries on top. Very easy to make, very delicious. I used the mousse part of the recipe “Chocolate Mousse Tart with Raspberries” from Veganissimo.
I haven’t yet tried making chocolate mousse with avocado instead of silken tofu… but I won’t be able to resist for long (I might start with this Dreena Burton recipe for Orange Chocolate Pudding).
