We enjoy a pancake breakfast at our place… not every weekend, but regularly. Usually I just make yummy pancakes using the Classic Crepes recipe from Veganissimo, pour some maple syrup over each one and distribute to grateful family. However, we recently had a friend staying with us, and under his guidance our pancakes became a bit fancier. Participants had the choice of steamed apple slices, blueberries (added while the pancake was cooking, so that they warmed up and smooshed down a bit), and our traditional maple syrup: or all of the above. A good time was had by all.
