Fresh rosemary foccacia

I made a bread! My very first attempt. I made Fresh Rosemary Foccacia from Vegonomicon, except I used dried rosemary. It was very easy and turned out really well.. crunchy crust, a nice consistency inside.

I don’t see this recipe on the PPK website, but if you google it you’ll find it on a few people’s blogs. I also notice that you can read it on Google Book’s preview of Veganomicon.

I must try some other bread recipes now, this is fun! I don’t plan to buy a breadmaker, I like the stress release of kneading and punching the dough myself [grin!].
