Another trip to Canberra, another lunch at Soju Girl. Their menu is designed for sharing, with small and large plates. We ate the zucchini flower stuffed with sushi rice (above) and the fried silken tofu with fried chickpeas (below). These were both small plates, and were both very nice, particularly the creamy silken tofu.
Then the large plate arrived: asian mushrooms, wok-seared asparagus and cashews (below). This was also delicious.
The staff are very helpful, they know which dishes are vegan or can be made vegan, and which cannot. This was my second visit, and both times there’s been several interesting and tempting dishes for me to choose from. When in Australia’s capital, I recommend lunch at Soju Girl.
