I’ve never made stuffed zucchinis before. For what might be the first time in my life, I wondered if I might need a melon baller. Instead, I scooped out the insides of the zucchinis with my smallest teaspoon.
This is a fun dish to make. The filling is meant to have parsley and dill in it, but I wasn’t able to obtain any dill when I went shopping that day. I’ll have to make it again with dill included.
