Salt and pepper tofu: I’m a long-time eater, first time maker. Why did I wait so long? I used this recipe from kitchentreaty.com and it was very easy. The result was delicious and crispy. A very simple and enjoyable Friday evening meal. I used more salt than the recipe said, and maybe more pepper too (though I didn’t measure the pepper).
(Photos I take at night never look quite as good as photos I take during the day, under natural light… but since this stuff tasted so good, I ate it all up and there’s none left for daylight photography!)
